CITA Productions is proud to announce that well-respected paranormal researcher, and co-host of Paranormal Talk Radio, Mr. Matthew J. Haas, has been selected by the event review committee as a lecturer for the 30th Anniversary Haunting Symposium, Saturday October 17th, 2015.

Mr. Haas - who as a teen survived a horrifying car accident - began looking into the paranormal in the late 1990’s. He has written for Unexplained Mysteries (a popular online magazine in the United Kingdom), has been exploring locations alleged to be haunted for almost twenty years, and in 2011 formed the Island Paranormal Society (Long Island, New York) with his wife Josie. A proponent of ‘paranormal common sense’ and a ‘back to basics’ approach to investigation, Mr. Haas and his team have earned considerable recognition and respect from many in the contemporary investigative field. Alongside co-host Tim Vickers, Mr. Haas has interviewed a wide variety of prominent figures including: renowned UFOLOGIST Stan Friedman, globally-acclaimed archaeologist Dr. Zahi Hawass, cryptozoologist Adam Davies, dream expert Lauri Loewenberg, author Rosemary Ellen Guiley, haunted survivor Andrea Perron, and Bishop James Long. Dave DeLise

CITA Productions is proud to announce that paranormal researcher, Mr. Dave DeLise, has been selected by the event review committee as a lecturer for the 30th Anniversary Haunting Symposium, Saturday October 17th, 2015.

Mr. DeLise – a veteran sound engineer in the music and film industry – has been exploring the paranormal for fifteen years, and during this time period has played an active role in over 350 investigations. He has visited a wide variety of notable locations ranging from the Lizzie Borden House to the pyramids in Egypt, and is currently hard at work on a documentary on the Church of St. Andrews on Staten Island, NY. An avid investigator, his stunning (oftentimes mesmerizing) spirit and orb photographs have spurred much debate in recent years, and it is a situation that he welcomes with open arms.

Mr. DeLise’s goal is a simple one: share evidence and assist people with the understanding that spirit is all around us. On this path to increased understanding Mr. DeLise has found himself working alongside some of the most respected and recognizable faces in the paranormal field: John Zaffis; Andrea Perron; Joe Chin; Brian J. Cano; John Tobin; Chip Reichenthal; Chip Coffey; Lorraine Warren; Lloyd Auerbach and Christopher Di Cesare whose 1985 experience at SUNY Geneseo is the focus of the symposium. So come join us for an amazing day of ghost hunts, lectures, interviews, authors, vendors and music that now features the evocative and haunting images captured by Mr. Dave DeLise!

William Henry in Lake George, NY. In a three year period Mr. Tobin raised over $20,000 for historical preservation at events that he has hosted. The host of “Keeping the Spirits Alive!”, Mr. Tobin has successfully leveraged a quarter century of paranormal investigating and his love of history with the popularity of the paranormal to actualize his ‘Preserve the Haunt’ mission of raising awareness in the value of the history that surrounds us. He has appeared on television shows such as “30 ODD minutes” and the Bio Channel’s “My Ghost Story”, and has traveled to locations from Ireland to the state of Alaska. Mr. Tobin has a starring role in the upcoming film “Veil Principle” which is due to be released in 2016.

Capturing Moments:
The C2D1 Haunting Journal Notes

3:15 PM Saturday
Speaker - J. Jeff Ungar

Jeff

CITA Productions is very proud to announce that Mr. J. Jeff Ungar, writer of the legendary C2D1 Journal Notes, has agreed to speak at the 30th Anniversary Symposium of the C2D1 Haunting!  Ungar, who lived in Erie Hall both before, and during, the extreme haunting was featured on SyFy “School Spirits: Dorm Room Nightmare”.  His primary source writings have served, in large part, as the basis for most of the contemporary haunting-related projects including the award-winning film “Please, talk with me”, the SyFy episode and several well-reviewed books.

That Mr. Ungar rarely speaks publicly about the 1985 SUNY Geneseo extreme-haunting, underscores the value that he too places on this once-in-a-lifetime event on October 17th.  It was through his planning and quick-thinking, that much of the evidence that exists in regards to the haunting is now able to be shared and discussed some thirty years later.  His choice to come to the aid of his college suitemate, Chris Di Cesare, forged an unbreakable friendship and an indispensable bridge to a decades-old extreme haunting.

It’s Not Always a Ghost

Dale Kaczmarek

CITA Productions is proud to announce that Dale Kaczmarek, President of the Ghost Research Society and director of Excursions into the Unknown, Inc. (the only year-round ghost tour of haunted Chicagoland locations) has been selected by the event planning committee to be a featured lecturer for the 30th Anniversary Haunting Symposium, Saturday October 17th, 2015.

Mr. Kaczmarek – who has been actively investigating ghosts, hauntings and poltergeist phenomena since 1975 - is active in a number of organizations including: American Association for Electronic Voice Phenomena, Society for the Investigation of the Unexplained, International Fortean Organization and the prestigious Ghost Club of England. Mr. Kaczmarek has been active for over 40 years in the field and has investigated over 4,000 cases both public and private. His website Ghost Research Society (http://www.ghostresearch.org) is one of the most active of its kind in the world, and it was on it that very site that the ‘Skeletal Ghost’ image from the 1985 C2D1 Haunting first gained notoriety! He has appeared in numerous books, publications, newspapers and periodicals, including: “Oprah”, “Encounters”, “Sightings”, “The Other Side”, “Rolanda”, “Mysteries Magic and Miracles”, “Exploring the Unknown”, and was called on by the “Discovery Channel” to help produce, and appear in, two segments; “Real Ghosthunters” and “Phantom Photos”.

Master of Ceremonies

Mr. Mark Henry

Mark Henry

CITA Productions is proud to announce that Mark Henry, a twenty-year veteran in Western New York radio who has working as a reporter, a producer, and a talk show host at WCVF, WBFO, WGR, and WBEN, has been selected to serve as Master of Ceremonies (MC) for the 30th Anniversary Haunting Symposium, Saturday October 17th, 2015.

Mr. Henry launched the Edge of the Unknown on WECK FM 102.9 and AM 1230 in Buffalo, NY in 2010, and has held up an open forum for both skeptics and true believers every Sunday night from 8-11 P.M in the years since. He hosted the show on the All 1 Broadcast network for a year and a half, and now resides at Beyond Borders Paranormal Radio (www.beyondbordersradio.com) where he also serves as station manager.

Mark has had a healthy interest in the paranormal since he was a child and once aspired to attend Duke University to study parapsychology at the Rhine Research Institute. Chris Di Cesare’s first radio appearance was on the Edge of the Unknown, and due to the demand for Chris to be in mainstream media, Mark often jokes with him saying, “You were mine first.” Mr. Henry - who lives in Western New York with his wife, Laurie, and his fearless paranormal pup, Lance – also served as MC @ SUNY Geneseo back in the summer of 2011, at an event that marked the very first time that Chris, and C2D1 Journal writer J. Jeff Ungar, spoke publicly about the 1985 haunting.

So come out and join us for an amazing day of ghost hunts, lectures, interviews, authors, vendors and music that now features the celebrated talents of Mr. Mark Henry!
